What is Alchemy?
​
The process of alchemy is the transformational process to transform a base material or first substance (prima materia) say the human soul into pure and perfect. In this sense, alchemy can be considered to be the highest form of healing.

This process involves a powerful essence named the Philosopher's Stone which is also known as elixir. And as such, every disease has a specific elixir for it to heal it. Unlike medicines that only suppress the pain or disease for a short-period or surgeries and treatments that remove the parts of the body that developed it, healing it on a superficial level, healing should be done in a deep holistic manner that the person is revitalised for life.

Grounding
Grounding is one of the most important exercises that one can do to recharge oneself through earthing. Just as an electric equipment needs charging to work so does the human body needs earthing to connect with Mother Earth, discharge any lower vibrations to balance the energy of the body and prevent any anxieties or panic disorder.
